Contents of the special training course
for small buses/trailers:
You dont have to be afraid of
too much theory. You will quickly take over
at the steering wheel and learn about the
different practical driving and braking
techniques.
Driving safety (theory): Driving physics:
The effect of forces, centre of gravity,
turning-point, air and

roll resistance, braking forces, cohesive
and sliding effects on gravel roads, carrier
load, condition of the tyres, tyre pressure,
ABS- and ASR- effects on gravel roads, the
avoidance of accidents, pre-emptive driving
also at critical times of the day. Environmental,
climatic and road surface conditions (corrugation),
basics regarding driving conduct on gravel
roads.
Driving exercises (practice):
Controlled braking on gravel roads, dodging
manoeuvres, curve driving and braking in
bends and curves.
Aim of the training: You can

- Master the vehicle in borderline situations;
